Store: Sam's Club
I like many was on the fence about purchasing the last shed deal the 15x8 for 1599 and by the time I had decided it sold out. If you search Sam's clubs website it says sold out but when you click on the product and go to the individual page I was able to purchase it.

Also note this is the older style of lifetime shed. The newer style might be worth waiting for, when it goes on sale.
Mine requires one for any "structure" over 100sq/ft, so I'm aiming to get a 12'x8' to stay just under that limit.
YMMV.... Check with your town, if you are unsure.

Summary: I really like the shed, take the time to build a good foundation (mine is wood on concrete piers), get the snow load kit or shovel that roof off during big storms
Can't tell if your being cheeky, but I'm in NJ and my shed - slightly larger than this - did increase my property taxes by $89/year.

Can you just put two small sheds next to each other to not need a permit?
And I thought CA was bad. In CA it's just called an accessory building if it's uninhabitable. Shed wouldn't increase property tax if it's a not a permanent structure.
Probably could, especially if they weren't connected.
Or I could have just put it in and said fark the town, like most people do.
It does look like people do this for real...
