Through 3-4-20 Get $300 for for activating a new line of service with port-in and bringing your own device from Verizon or AT&T. Max 2 two $300 Costco Cash Card's per Wireless Account. Cash Cards issued within 14 Weeks after activation and submittal of rebate form.

The offer is not on the Costco/Wireless Advocates Website, but it was given to me at the kiosk and was told this is a national offer. The rebate paperwork I was given/submitted confirmed the above.

This is one of the more generous switch offers I've seen recently for BYOD, only higher offer I can recall was during the Black Friday Shopping Period when $350 was being offered to switch. The only higher offer in recent Happy deal hunting.

I also received mine. Although rebate limit was 2, I got 3 rebates as the costco agent told me to send all 3 rebated forms.

I only received 1 out of 2 cards. It's been a week now still no 2nd card. When I try to check balance on the 800 number. It said my card is not activated. How do you activate the card? There is no instruction to do this.

I'm missing the second card as well. The balance on the missing card states $300. Submitted a missing card form to mypromochoice.

Has anyone received a response from my promo choice at all? I asked them if they sent the 3rd card in error. No responses yet.

I checked again and my cards are activated now. I contacted them twice. No response from them. I have all my cards now.

You opened 3 lines, sent 3 rebates and got 3 cards. The "limit 2" was in error and/or came at a later time, so I think they just honored your 3 cards. Enjoy !!!
