Just message their Twitter and provide screenshot proof of purchase.

I did that for an a71 purchases previously. The lower price is with their financing though, so just get the sim unlocked version.
I've never got them unlocked in the past 3 attempts both in Twitter and facebook.. they have always asked me to to login to t mobile account for verification. Even though I tell them I am not a t mobile customer, they couldn't unlock the phone without having a t mobile account.. is there a specific Twitter handle for unlocking phone? Any help would be great. Thanks

I unlocked two A71 phones without proof of purchase.
nice. The rep I talked to demanded me to upload the proof of purchase for her to unlock it. What did you do differently?

For me, they didn't even ask for proof of purchase, they said I need to get it unlocked from where I purchased or 40 days of t mobile service is a must and request unlock through phone itself

I'm thinking if I should trade my s20 ultra for note 20 ultra or not.
It'll cost me around $200.

If you are on tmobile, check their trade in valuations for getting the S21 line as well. For instance, I got $800 trade in credit for a S9.
Just tried and they're only giving me $80 for my S9.
