Trade my phone gives me $550
Samsung Discount program(probably military) $24.37
Instant rebate $425
$300.67 before tax.
UPDATE 1: confirmed with rep and instructed to screenshot full amazon page. They will honor the price match so technically my cost will be only $100.67, but an extra 5% popped up, so it changed to
final cost: $85.58.
plus my amex card promo for spending $1000 has been met after this, so another $200 going back to me.
UPDATE 2: tip since I didn't want to turn in my note 10+ 512gb. I bought an s10e from amazon for $298, and that is what I am turning in to them.
whoever downvoted I hope you hit your toe.
Some of you people on this site are completely ridiculous. This place is populated by entitled Karens.
IOS is just too boring and still look the same since 2010. I tried to like the mini but it's awful.

But when I trade in I take into account the value of the phone I am trading in. I could sell a note 10 for at least $300. So add $300 to make that $650 for the note 20u.
That is how much the N20u really will cost
$350 out of pocket and a $300 trade in phone = $650
Two of my Note20 got canceled because of "technical glitch" (I did used 10 codes each and confirmed PM as well)
I placed another two order with just educational saving and one 5% code each. Tried to PM again and both reps told me their policy right now for PM is that they will give me promotion codes for next purchase. No more PM refund credit.
I'm really upset with Samsung at this point.

For orders which I received the cancellation email, I've already been refunded. If I received the phone only, they cancelled and refunded the tablet (which was only about $50-$80~ for some orders) and I kept the phone at $810+tax. If I received the tablet only, then I was only charged for the tablet ($50-$80) and was refunded for the phone entirely.
I have a few orders which did NOT receive cancellation emails but one or both devices was rerouted back to Samsung. From what I've been told, the refund will be processed once the item is received. So we'll see how that turns out, but I expect (hope?) it'll be the same deal.
