In a new twist I see a label in my fedex just created now with the order number for a cancelled order. Weight 3lbs which is typically the tablet. So looks like they are going to create the label, ship it to me and then maybe try to recall it??? Poor samsung they are in such a mess.

Last night they let me order a bunch of accessories for $0. But the orders got cancelled today. Another day another glitch. I should have added a cheap filler to include an actual purchase to avoid suspicion but I got carried away loading the cart lol

Sammy gets the new card number. Your bank/cc charge processing merchant gets that as well. It's like an address forwarding service. They charge or not, is a different story, but if you just change the CC number, legit charge will go through even against old number!

Lol it ain't me. I also told him to mark that card as lost and get a new card number. In case sammy tried to undo the refund.

What state do you live in? Did you ever have any indication that the order was going to be sent back? (Delivery option on FedEx or cancellation email?)
I'm in the Dallas area. Never had indication of cancellation on my end or shipments rerouted. My price match was rejected though due to too many codes being used.

Great place to be considering everything seems to ship from around there.

This may help some of you. I got the refused by receipt error yesterday even though the package was never attempted to be delivered.

I have a buddy that works at FedEx and I spoke to him. All these samsung packages are sent FedEx express. Express packages usually arrive back at the hub 30 min to 1 hour before closing time. So my local hub closed at 530 yesterday. I walked in at 445 and told them I had an express package I missed as I wasn't home.

Sure enough the lady said "let me see if that route is back yet" went to the back got my s21 ultra and irs now ub my hands.

Again guys the key is to let them know you have an express package which customer service said would be available for pickup once the truck is back after the last hour. From my understanding if you try to do this with a regular package that will blow you off as those are on route until 7pm ish.

Hope this helps many if you.
Just tried this .. didn't work unfortunately. Fedex said the sender asked for it to be returned and they have to honor their request. Bummer!

Didn't matter the bundle glitch (if you had expanded the discount category many items were given a 200 dollar bundle discount despite not being a bundle) worked with only one item in cart. The items went through the pending payment (so apparently was verified by an actual person, then approved and in process but all got cancelled this evening despite having items of value. Perhaps if someone had found something shipping fast enough they might have shipped but would almost certainly have been recalled. I I think most of mine had a day or two delay due to availability? Should have focused more on shipping speed than value perhaps...

That is dumb. Of course it is not illegal to get a card replaced. However they are likely to still be able to make the charges I think.

It will be fun to dispute the charges from returned to sender of partial order items with credit card companies. We should all coordinate and file these disputes at the same time and flood them. Payback time for mismanagement on their part.

They have 50%+ margins on most items anyways and should have let all shipped items alone. Example - Buds+ with $129 list price being sold for $42.5 on their own site last week. Or under $200 A71 5G phones for weeks.
I was just thinking the same thing. They would make a profit on all these especially considering the trade-in. Should have left it alone and make their customers happy. At least one per account

False. Else I wouldn't have to reset any auto pay accounts. Which is a pain in the ass when I do legit lose my card or it gets stolen.

Not changing cards, payment evasion.

Nope. Then there would be no point in making a new number.

Even if they did which I doubt, there are countless ways to overcome this. I mean we are tech savvy people in the first place. Lol

I just had to get my card replaced and I had a couple auto pays go through. Discover notified me that they would be cut off soon, and to make any changes. However, there is a window of time where prior authorized purchases can still get approved depending on how it is processed, but the fraud team will be aware. However, i am also not sure they would even be allowed to reverse a cancellation like that anyway.
