i certainly am not going to complain. i guess i can sell my old phone instead of doing the trade in as well
I would wait a while and see how this all shakes out lol that would suck if you sold your phone and then Samsung zaps your S21. I deauthorized Samsung from my PayPal just as a precaution but I would definitely rather return the phone than have Samsung's lawyers after me, however unlikely that may be.

Especially since it seems like there are people that got thousands of dollars in "savings" from the glitch and I just got one S21+. I also don't want them charging me full price after it's too late to return the phone, at least this way I have the advantage and can say that I'd gladly be willing to pay the invoice price instead of them just charging me and then having to fight to get the money back.

It seems they have their hands full with the s21 ultra, lol. Some IT dude probably came up with the shit show script, now he's paying the price with his good idea.

Did you have any kind of cancellation or delivery exception?
I did not have any cancellation or delivery exception. My order was originally estimated to be delivered on 3/16 but on 3/10 I got shipping notification for 3/12 delivery date. Hope others also get lucky. Not sure if going thru as student played any role in it.

Well, script should had been tested. LMAO Orders also got confirmed and went out. Many are at fault. Walmart had a TV for 15$ few months back, original price 499.99$, I placed order, got order confirmation and then it got cancelled, it never went to the shipment. Peace Smilie

Mine are still showing IN PROCESS / EXPEDITED expected delivery on 3/17. Purchased on 3/7 N20 (not ultra), unlocked, w/ stacks and no trade in.

Has anyone who had this status (and bought on 3/7 or later) had it changed to anything other than IN PROCESS?

My S21 Ultra delivered today (1hr ago). Ordered 3/8 noon time w/stacking coupons.
Shipped on 3/10. I did saw Samsung attempted to credit my order back later on 3/10 to 3/11, but the credit disappeared late night 3/11.

Did it say "IN PROCESS / EXPEDITED" prior to it shipping?

Well they confirmed the order and shipped the items and call back. They have charged the full order amount and have not sent all items mention in the invoice. They should have cancelled the order in first place. They have charged, charge is posted, it is not pending anymore. I am worried about that and worried about getting overcharged for the item delivered.

Not a single apology from their side and no update to customers about items being called back. A reputed company who cares about their customers, they should have sent an email explaining shipment being called back with refund explanation. Instead they have put us all in misery. Peace
Your order sounds like a mess, but again, there is no reason to panic. Screenshots of everything and a chargeback to your CC for the missing items is all you need.

Did you use the stacking codes? It sounds like you did since you're saying part of your order was called back to the warehouse so I don't understand why you think that you're owed an apology from a company that you tried to screw over using a glitch, like the rest of us still here on this expired thread. Seriously...you know EXACTLY why your order was returned lol do you really want them to spell it out for you?

There's probably madness going on there right now because of millions in potentially lost revenue depending on how many orders were placed/delivered. Just speculating here, but I would guess that they lost at least $5 million given that I've seen people say the glitch lasted for DAYS before it was shut down.

By Monday, when the glitch became "popular" enough, all the big ticket items (S21U, Tab S7+, etc.) on their website were sold out or back ordered so that had to be a crap ton of orders that were placed over the weekend.

I commented this here a day or two ago, but if the average "savings" with the glitch was $700 and 10,000 orders were placed, then Samsung lost $7 million in potential revenue. Do you really think they are going to personally apologize to you?

Yes, It was in Process. Then switched to shipped once the label was created.

Same boat but my order had a trade-in and it was a Tmobile phone. Hasn't budged once since the day I ordered on 3/7.

So they tried to refund you then placed the charge back on your card once the phone was delivered? Is it at least the same amount from your invoice?

Also, did they actually cancel your order completely and send you a cancellation email?

You must be kidding, take a break from defending Samsung. I ordered genuinely following their process. Are you blaming each of us here who ordered stacking codes?

Recommended action: No action is required. The package is being returned to the shipper."

The to address and delivery address are now both in TX. I WAS SO CLOSE!!
