Was tracking my rebate today and noticed it is denied..it shows this

Your submission has been denied. Here's why:
No/ineligible device found on the receipt
No/ineligible second device found on the receipt

Also, tracking Id which I have is different from tracking id shown on the rebate tracker page..

Going to call them tomorrow morning to find out the reason

Anyone else faced this issue?

Yes, this happened to me. Though I did not get a specific reason, I believe it was because the receipt was hard to read and date was cut off at the bottom. The rebate person was very nice, asked a few questions and approved the rebate (they sent a text and refresh on status showed approved). Not sure about your tracking ID issue but rebate ppl seem helpful

Did you open both the devices and activate? I purchased two devices and yet to open the seal. Still 7 days to go for 30day mark (Tmobile rebates usually approve on 30th day)

The TMO rebate for BOGO came in today for redemption.

Opened one device on the BOGO for the line that ported over and was considered the "added line" for that promo. Other BOGO device that would be for existing line (but was done on BYOD) - have NOT opened and done device switch. Waiting at least the 31 days but not sure if I need to wait further - TMO can't "back bill" me can they?

If your rebate is approved then you are good. They never charge back. This is first time I didnt open both the devices, so want to see what happens, if rebate gets denied, then will open and activate

Regarding the vitual TMO rebate card, is there a good way to cash out at once. Keep forgetting to use for transactions.

You can transfer to your checking account.

Login to Virtual Card Site, you will find option to transfer to Bank, add checking account details, complete the transfer process and delete the checking account details, so that you can use same checking account again for next transactions
