Opened one device on the BOGO for the line that ported over and was considered the "added line" for that promo. Other BOGO device that would be for existing line (but was done on BYOD) - have NOT opened and done device switch. Waiting at least the 31 days but not sure if I need to wait further - TMO can't "back bill" me can they?

Login to Virtual Card Site, you will find option to transfer to Bank, add checking account details, complete the transfer process and delete the checking account details, so that you can use same checking account again for next transactions
