I realize there are other deals right now that might seem more atractive (RTX 2060), however this configuration is the best one for me (Ryzen 7 CPU and GTX 1660 Ti), due to the combination of components not producing so much heat as the 2060 and/or i7 one. Plus, it's the exact same model that Jarrod's Tech reviewed on youtube, which tells you exactly what to expect when you buy this.

Also, note that this is through a marketplace seller (with 83% feedback), not Amazon direct.
Through Amazon direct it would be $912.29.
This went on sale back in November for $849. It's not the all-time low, but still a pretty good deal.
Based on your experience?
I ask since most reviews (consumers and tech reviewers) mention this is the best cooling solution they've encountered in a gaming laptop. And alot of them talk about the RTX 2060, while this config has a lower wattage 1660ti (which presumably runs even cooler).

I have the rtx 2060 version of this, works perfectly fine.

As for the other commentary, it is mentioned in my Edit. Price for Amazon Direct is 912.29+Tax, however, the price might be worthwhile for some confidence.
Like you have mentioned, I have been trying to find a deal on this exact notebook for a while, and since the 849 price in November, it has been constantly over 950, this is the first time I found this configuration at 899.99 since that date.

Why not get the walmart one with the 2060 for 950$? Seems a better deal for 50$

I could only find this one but it's an Intel:

Ryzen 4800H vs i7-10750H is a pretty huge difference in multi-core.
In the 2060's favor there is apparently a vbios you can use to boost it 115W, and a way to underclock the CPU so it doesn't suck as bad... it will still not match the 4800H though.

Oh... the Walmart 2060 for $950 also has an awesome display (500 nits for instance), though I think the one on this page is pretty decent.

Probably or is? Do we have any benchmarks comparing an 80w 2060 to this 1660ti? (Do we even know the wattage of this 1660ti?).
