I have an older version of this (when the dial had the Aqua Terra like teak dial).

Accuracy has been rock sold, gaining ~2s/d. Build quality is far beyond just about anything under $3k.

For sub-$1k, thus is an amazing deal, even though it's gray market. Keep in mind these essential have a Chronometer grade 2824 so about any watchmaker can service it.

For those who want to compare this to anything cheaper with a 2824, keep in mind this has a Chronometer grade movement which has several upgrades conpaired to the lesser versions.
