Looks like this is an in-store price and not sure if it is available at all Costco store so YMMV.
I got Best Buy to price match because I needed this delivered since the washer doesn't fit in my car. Best Buy had to call the local Costco to verify price and availability since price is not available on Costco.com.
Here's the link to the same model at Best Buy.

I went to the local Best Buy store and they called the local Costco to verify the price.
I did try online chat but they wouldn't price match cause they said they needed a weblink to verify/confirm the price. Told them it was a "in-store" price but online chat wouldn't budge.
FYI, I originally tried to price match to Lowe's but was told they no longer price match to Costco as of that morning and they already updated the new price match policy on their website.

So regular price is $670 with install-n-haulaway. Costco in-store is discounting that. Once you get past that, here are other considerations.
[Cons] -
1. Belt Drive system. Not direct drive. See Picture [imgur.com].
Belt drive is on-par with sub-700 washers from Maytag or GE.
2. [Normal cycle] When main wash cycle finishes, the spin moves the clothes to side. Rinse starts pouring in center of the drum making most of the water sink into bottom without wetting the clothes. This seems to not rinse the clothes at all. so you are forced to do EXTRA RINSE cycle
3. [Long cycle times] Samsung this is 2021 not 1980. When water gets pumped out, drum was idle. When rinse water gets filled in, drum was idle. Just by overlapping you could reduce cycle time by 15 mins. Seems they put beginner electronics control when they could have used better programs / cycles .
4. [Hard plastic] Washplate was not stainless steel. its hardplastic . causes lint on clothes
5. [Water temp] NO hot water. It tempers. Even a full HOT setting, mixes cold water making the cycle less than warm on a sunny day.
Now the positives
1. VRT - Vibration reduction ... unlike other top load washer there is no banging or side to side movements. Surprised. It felt most of the power was going to the drum and not being lost in side-to-side movement. As well they have put hard sponges on the inner walls of metal rim. Not sure if this was for transportation or for Vibration reduction. Didnt see the drum touch the side walls at all. That is a good thing.
2. Quiet operation. There's a video in Kirk Rivas channel and Smurdle450 comparing different Maytag motors and how Welling motors feel better than cheap chinese motors. The motor on this machine was on-par or better than Welling.
3. Pre-Soak . 18 minutes of soak cycle added. Surprised to see gentle agitation in this pre-soak time .
Here's the killer feature
4. Wash-plate agitation - very very surprised ... the clothes rolled over . I could see the clothes on top disappearing or getting pulled to the bottom. The washplate is able to turn around the clothes. This is for normal cycle with 8lbs of clothes( which is EPA energy mode with less water).
5. Made in Thailand. Unlike cheap mexico or chinese parts, Samsung manufacturing in Thailand seems to be a notch up.
Net-Net : for budget-conscious top-load buyer, who is NOT worried about water consumption ( extra rinse cycle)... BUY knowing its 2+2 warranty at Costco.
