Any tips on getting a phone number to port in that is allowed?

Google Voice ports will work but they are not allowed for the promotions to get a free iPhone 12 with trade in.

Most of the vendors I tried on eBay are not working. Can anyone please suggest a way? Thanks!

There is also a promo for 2021 Apple Switch P2, which does not require trade in but does require purchase of two apple devices with up to $830 in bill credit 24 months. Port-in and add a line required.

do you have hook up. if so, whats your total after that ? i read it somewhere that 1 guy moved to FRLTULFM9 plan. he ended up paying less after plan change with hookup since most of his lines were free and that offset most of the monthly fees. like below $100/m
Yes, I do have the hook-up discount for the account. My bill went down also after the switch to 9-12 line plan. After adding the free line yesterday, the bill stayed the same and the free line promo shows up under the account.

forgot to ask, with $830 off and trade in and 24 months bill credit, how much out of pocket at the store? Thanks again.
Total out of pocket in-store will be Taxes on the full price of the phone + $20 assistance charges + $10 sim (if you don't have your own sim).

So the port in number will take the place of the new line requirement for the $830 iphone promo? Never did a port in for t-mobile and was wondering how it works.
If you port-in at the same time as adding the line, your new number will be the port-in number. Sometimes they assign a temporary number until the port-in process is completed. That's what happened to my account.

Can you provide the freedompop port out procedure?
Once the freedeompop number is active, you can chat with them on their website and ask them for your account number and pin. You can use that information for your port-in.

what is the cost for iphone 12 Pro max with this deal?
128 GB Iphone Pro Max is $1,099 + Tax before trade-in. With trade-in and port-in it will be $1,099 - $830 = $270 + sales tax on full price of phone.

Hi! How long after activating on freedompop can you port the number? Pretty easy with them?

Thank you.
I had activated my freedompop line in december. I had obtained the account number and pin from them via chat on their website a few days later. I don't think there is any restriction, but you i don't know the exact time frame as I have had the number for a couple of months now.

So cancelling a watch line will invalidate the free voice line?
I thought watch lines are not counted against voice lines - they are treated as data lines.
I haven't used my watch line in some time and was planning on cancelling it but may need to rethink that for now.
That's what it seems like as the TForce told me any lines (watch, voice, tablet) was canceled last 90, it voided the free line. So now I have to reactive the watch and then they will be able to add a voice line. I am assuming that if I cancel my watch line in the future will also void my free line. On the side, I got a free line last Dec, I've added a watch in Jan but cancel in Feb but the free line remains so not sure if cancel the watch will void the free line or not. Maybe depending on when the watch was added.

Just got my free line and free phone (REVVL4+) is on the way.

In case anyone reads this, I didn't need to port in for this phone even though the website says you do. Confirmed with T-Force multiple times that I would get the credits without the port in.

Good luck everyone!

my understanding is freedompop won't work because they use tmobile as a network as well

I upgraded my 55+ plan 3 lines to 55+ max and the total price went from $90 - 140. I probably wouldn't have upgraded but Netflix 4 screens (which I paid for myself prior to the upgrade) ), a much better hotspot and other perks seemed great. Made a very impulsive and costly decision. Now I am trying to figure out what to do. Suggestions are welcome!

I am thinking to move one line to google fi for 3 months (they are running 50% off and using PayPal with amex platinum, I get another $15 off). So the 3 months on google fi will effectively cost me $20 for one line. instead of $45

And after 3 months, I will move this line back to my 55+ plan. Is there a risk of not being able to add a 3rd line? Is saving $75 worth the hassle?
