BOGO deal is not good as this one. You need to add one paid and one free line. You also have to maintain both to get the free line working. If you cancel that paid line, free line will become paid line.
This deal is a single free line. After 12 months, you can move any paid line out as long as you maintain at least two paid lines in your account.
BOGO deal, you can get $300 + $300 GC, depends on your plan, a line may cost $30, after 12 months, still better than this deal.

Anyone with a simple choice plan switch plans and keep all free lines?

I read on another website some people switching to a different simple choice website.

I have USCFM4. Sometimes it qualifies sometimes it doesn't. I don't trust any tmo employees as some will say I qualify and others say I won't. Fyi, I did get one of the 2020 to stick but others didn't even one that I signed up for online.
I think USCFM4 qualified for the first line on us in 2020 but not the three after that and not this one in 2021. It took me a few tries to finally get someone able to switch me. I kept all my free lines from 2 friends and family from 2016 and 'tis line on us in 2017. Best of luck.

I am pretty sure I seen a few people asking but can't remember what the answer is. Can we out the voice line in a tablet with no slow downs?

T-Force rep just completed updating my soc to TIULFM9 from FRLTULF2 buy adding LOU 6. Good timing doing this in the early AM hours, as I stumbled upon a rep who was fast and seemed to know her stuff.

I also stacked the T439 promo for a new iPhone 12 on 24-month EIP. I really dislike EIP deals, especially those involving a trade, but I was lured in by the "free" ($830) iPhone upgrade.

The entire process only took about 20 minutes. All assist fees were waived, and free device shipping was included.

Now to sit back and see what my account looks like once the new changes take effect. I should end up with 4 paid and 5 free lines with all of my old discounts applied. Hopefully I see a price drop on my monthly bill like most of the others have seen who have joined the grandfathered 9-line club.

Please update thread once changes are made, if you can. I need to make the same SOC switch in the future and curious to see how promos, free lines, etc. transfer over to the new SOC. Thanks.

All the numbers I see on numberbarn seem to come from bandwidth.com according to freecarrierlookup.com. Are we sure they will get the promo? Seems safer to find an att or vzn number.
just ported numberbarn number to t-mobile thru T-force.
was confirmed I met the requirement for the promotion.
I had same concerned, but it appears to be fine!

I got a text to my primary indicating the enrollment in the promo as soon as the phone shipped. Or at least that's how it seemed it terms of the events.
Got the text today as soon as, I guess the phone number got allocated and both the phone and line promotion now showing in the account.

Thanks

T-mobile online and chat won't let me add a line. There's a security error and tell me that I have to go to a store. They're giving me a $30 credit via chat, but what a pain trying to get something free. 🤪
This has happened to me each of the last 3 lines I have added, on separate occasions over the course of 1 year. They cannot figure out the issue.

Debating - is the Samsung A71 worth $99 + tax. Seems like a nice phone for a backup.. not that i need.
The phone deals with free lines are not so common. I would make the best use of this deal.

Number barn has worked for a few people. I used freedompop by getting a cheap sim card from target. Those two are alternate options.

I did the same on the last free line in December and all promos and discounts carried over to the new SOC. It took around 24-48 hours for all the promos to show under the account. They only had issues with the LOU3 and LOU4 since the code on their end was problematic for a while. T-force rep followed up before and after the bill generated and had to apply the promo for LOU4 once more to make it stick. Since then 2 more bills have generated with all the promos applied effectively.
I added the free line on 3/17 (10th line) and it showed up on the account immediately. I added Iphone 12 promo with trade-in and port-in and that applied the same day also. So looks like the system is generating the promos automatically without glitches.

This deal is a single free line. After 12 months, you can move any paid line out as long as you maintain at least two paid lines in your account.
Based on your argument, can you not move out one of the two paid line requirement (line 1 or 2), then the BO part would become the new paid line requirement, thus keeping the GO part of the deal as free?

With BOGO, the paid line (BO part) has to remain in service for the free line (GO) to be valid. So you will end up paying $20 or $30 per month for the life of the BOGO lines.
