Rumor is the new 77 inch models for 2021 are going to launch around $3500, which if true would see a bigger price drop on these x series models relatively soon.

Worths every penny. Especially if you have an Xbox Series X (full VRR support, on top of 4K@120Hz) or PS5.

Price so close - Cx or Gx?
Mostly movies and sports - I've read reviews online, but I'd love to hear more from my SD friends… anyone have strong feelings either way?

Yeah I think I'm going to wait and see if this pushes the 77" CX below $2500. Originally I wanted to wait for the new panel (neo) but just read yesterday the C1 is not getting it... So I think I'd rather have the savings and upgrade next to microLED (hopefully!).

Yeah if the G1 really starts at $4300, it's very tempting... as is this deal right now. Hard to decide, but I don't need the tv until my basement is done in about 3-4 months so wait and see seems like the right move unless you need a tv ASAP.

no different in PQ. Is the extra money worth it for the mount and ATSC tuner?
