At the Steam store, Tomb Raider is cheaper than the other insanely cheap deals we've had in recent weeks. How much cheaper than $2.24 can it go?!?
Looks like the sale [steampowered.com] is through March 29, 2021.

2013
UPDATE: I just noticed this TR DLC pack with 5 additional skills for 97 cents (Agility Skill, Animal Instinct, Headshot Reticule, Pistol Burst, Pistol Silencer, and 3 skins that are in the bundle), Steam kept advertising them to me individually for 49 cents each, so I took a look and it completes all the DLC for TR if you got the bundle. https://store.steampowered.com/sub/28255/

BETTER BUNDLE for MAC PLAYERS:
If you're a Mac user it looks like this might be the better deal:So for $1.47 ($0.97 + $0.50) plus the $2.24 (total of $3.71) this looks like it might be a more complete and useful deal for Mac users (as all the DLC works for Mac).

A bunch of the Tomb Raider games are on sale. These other versions have gone for about a $1 less before (at other sites selling Steam) and went even cheaper this last weekend at NewEgg.

This plays great on my M1 Mac Mini with 8GB of RAM. I've not played an action game like this before on my Mac, looks amazing on my 4k display.

I picked up Rise of the Tomb Raider with the season pass for $5.99, but I'm guessing that Shadow of the Tomb Raider will drop a bit more before I get around to needing that one.

I like my MacBook Pro (Mid 2016), but admit I didn't even realize any "real" games existed for it Smilie.

You should definitely give Tomb Raider a try for $2.24 then. See what that machine can do! Apple's App Store has it too, but it's $29.99 there.

LIfe is Strange is on sale too, a much slower paced game but neat graphics, I think for $3.99 for the whole thing, but the first level is free.

Thanks for the info. I have an M1 Air with 16GB ram on the way Smilie. Excited, but kept going back and forth over the need for the extra 8GB of RAM. $200 for an extra 8GB is crazy, but that is the price we pay to use a Mac. I did opt for the 16GB. I figured better to have and not need then need and not have. It is replacing my 2012 Macbook Pro, so tend to keep them a long time. My 2016 is nice, but despise the keyboard.

I only got the 8GB for the M1 Mini, it was a sale for $599, so it was basically going to be $300 more for more memory and I couldn't really justify 50% more. It'll hold me off for a year until I get my M1x/M2 MacBook Pro 16" where I get the 16GB (32?) and a 1TB drive with the intent to be my main machine for the next 5-to-6-ish years.

Why do you buy a $15 burger at a restaurant when you can get a $1 burger at McDonald's? Its almost like... People have preferences or something. 🤔

I'm a PC user BTW.

Yeah but $600 for a computer with 8gb ram.... Jesus. Hey man, theres a lot of value based arguements in the pc world, but at least its not being marketed as premium with 8gb ram...
