For context, the equivalent kit in Makita subcompact was available for a loooooong time on clearance for $199 in store; and just last month, it was sold for $250 online with a 5ah battery (I used a coupon and returned the battery to get the whole kit for $118!)
So if you don't need all four and/or can wait, it's a virtually guaranteed to be cheaper in the near future.
Edit: the Makita kit had the 6 1/2 not 7 1/4 but my point stands. Wait a little longer if you can.
Agreed. I have the 6.5" tool and it is a joke. The blade binds and stops all the time. Al least I am safe from kickback, the tool isn't powerful enough to kick back!
These extra tool kits are something you could buy in addition later for same price basically.

The 791 and 887 are more than enough for what you need. If you do some serious projects they are great; I am using them on a pergola now. If you are turning a screw here and there you can get something cheaper no doubt.
