This is the lowest price that I've found for the device; lower than previous posts on Slickdeals. Might be because a new model (the View Plus) is coming out in June, but that is currently $100 more than today's price for the Wave Plus.

Good price, lowest I have seen. I already have one at home, adding another one for a different room.

Does this require the online dashboard for full functionality, or is the app via Bluetooth able to give you a complete view?

Good luck!

I heard the Radon detection is not as accurate on this as on their basic original model.

Radon detection doesn't seem accurate.

The Radon sensor portion of the Wave + is wildly inaccurate. We have a new home that has a Radon mitigation system.
The Home was initially tested with the mitigation system off and the reading were in the .02-1.9 range, as an extra precaution we turn on the mitigation system. With the Wave + the readings were in the 53-65 range..... off the charts!
We then had another company come in and test...same low readings.

I'm not saying some of these units are not faulty, just there are also other variables. Many building materials can release small amounts of gamma and beta radiation. In itself, not enough to cause harm but I have seen my other Radon meter swing 10+ higher by laying on the countertops or hanging on the plaster walls. (Yes 50+seems excessive and faulty) Try giving the unit some breathing room, placing it directly on the surface can skew the readings, it's like placing a cup over the surface and catching more particles. Hanging on a wooden stud seems to give the closet reading compared to the lab tests I had completed.

TLDR Try placing the meter in different locations, some building materials can release additional radiation.

Interesting product. I'm surprised they left CO out.
