Good catch. I wouldn't expect to eat that much in 2-3 months. Maybe if I was buying this in June, but not now

If we assume it's an average of 75 days before expiration, and there's one other person you're eating the chips with, that is two bags per week(ish) to finish them all before expiration. I don't think that's too bad.

Ymmv, I purchased this exact listing on 1/15, with an expiration date of 4/20.
