The world does not revolve around cold weather climate.
We used to have an RV and bought the Coleman Road Trip (similar to this but much larger). It was great because it fit nicely in the storage compartment when folded and was easy to set up. Tent camping I wouldn't bring something like this along because a two-burner camp stove is lighter, takes up less space, and still gets the job done. Tailgating or beach hangouts, on the other hand, would be great for this.
As far as price, it's not a bad deal. If you have the patience, you can sometimes find these on FB marketplace in good, like-new, or new condition. I bought my Road Trip XL on FB Marketplace for $80 brand new. When I resold it as like-new (the RV dream didn't last long), I was able to sell it for $75.
Oh, and the propane cylinder thing:
1) Yes, you can refill single-use tanks BUT then they're no longer rated to be transported by car if you want to get technical. Many folks do it anyway.
2) Flame King makes a refillable 1lb propane tank/kit. They had some recalls in the past, but lots of people on camping forums still swear by them and seem to think the past issues are behind them.
No complaints.
If I had to say something negative I would say it's "clanky" in the car. You can hear the leg wheels and internal grill compartments shake around a little. Nothing comes apart during transport, but figure I'd write SOMETHING negative.

To what games?!?
Some stadiums are still allowing tailgating. Social distance, outdoors and it's a way for them to still make some money @ $50 a car.
No complaints.

Are cooktop exchangeable? Can I use burner stove cooktop on this (sold separately).
