No, this is not a rebadged greenworks like the Snapper, Poulan, or Kobalt products. Hart is owned by TTI, makers of Milwaukee and Ryobi tools. From what I understand, ryobi 40v batteries do not fit either. Not sure if it can be modded to work or not.
