My order was canceled within 10 minutes or ordering. I headed to the store just to check stock out of curiosity but couldn't find a single Rimmed product. It was all Wet N Wild products in the Rimmed section.

My total came out to 9.45 using the items above (shopping bag fee and taxes). The pretotal was $20.70- on the checkout page it said estimated rewards earned $10.20 but the order confirmation said 0 rewards earned? I had no other coupons to bring it under $20. Hopefully CS can add it.

My sister picked up hers on Sunday afternoon and was redeeming the reward for an instore purchase today when they told her she had less than $1 reward so it couldn't be redeemed.

When she checked her account, she only got $0.08 reward for the order totalled $8.52, supposed to get $5.20 but only got $0.08. Nothing in the order was cancelled.

This is the same for all pick up orders from my sisters and cousins.

anyone picked up their orders checked the rewards on their account?

Did not receive $5 walgreens cash. Contacted customer service, rep said the $4 coupon is the store coupon, and I need to spend at least $20 after any store coupons to get the $5 walgreens cash.

each item can order once but you must buy 2 items to get $4 off. if other mascara is out of order, you cant get the discount.

I didn't get the right number of rewards after pick up this time like I always have in the past weeks. But I was able to get the $10 reward($5 for $20 cosmetics and $5 for spending $25 for me this week) immediately after calling the number in the Email receipt. The customer service was very nice.

Seems that using the Walgreens coupons rather than manufacturer coupons will lower the amount of your total in the purchase history(before clicking into detail). That number is the one that will be used to decide if you qualify for the rewards.

This deal simply doesn't work, because the $4/2 ivc(walgreen in store coupon) will count against your threshold. So in OP's post, the subtotal is $20.40 by purchasing that 6 items listed. But once the $4/2ivc applied, the subtotal will drop to $8.40 and only $8.40 will count toward the buy $20 get $5 threshold. That have always been the case with the buy X amount and get Y rewards(does not affect the buy X quantity and get Y rewards).
