One thing I observed is that the amazon stock goes out randomly and comes back at $349 price for the past 2 days. So if you see the item at higher price from third party seller, do visit the page again periodically to see the amazon stock.

There's other out there with a 2.5 horsepower motor weight limit of 250 or more for $300 to $400
Finding them is an issue. Welsco had one yesterday on Amazon I checked at 1:00 and 16 in stock and by 4:00 they're all gone it was $298
Walmart also has a ProForm for $298. So why $350 isn't an outstanding price it isn't a horrible price for a name brand treadmill.
This is a pretty good price for a budget treadmill. I got the rebrand sunny version and its decent at 6mph. Just remember that the belt is pretty small and it can make a lot of noises at higher speed.
I hope you like! Don't forget to get some silicone oil to lube it up every 2-3 months (might be more or less depending on how often you walk/jog).

Well I been using my mom's old one that she brought in 2005 on and off for the last few years. it's sometimes don't work well. Not sure the weight limit but it has a 1.5 horsepower motor and 14 by 45 belt and it is on an incline cause it's broken so this probably be an upgrade. I looked around me couldn't find used one. Was hoping the Horizon T101 would hit around $500 but treadmills right now are just not going on sale. I think the demand for them is too great. I almost got the Welsco 5.9I which is $50 cheaper but this seems like a slightly better build.

Same here! Those were the models I was looking for too. I kept missing those FB marketplace/offer up deals but i finally got one a few weeks back. I got it for cheap because it was making squeaky noises but it was just a misalign drive belt. A quick search on YouTube can help you diagnose your mom's old treadmill.
