I'm guessing the confusion is the fact they mention "device" multiple times in the conditions/instructions. In this case, the SIM card is the "device", but that's not overly clear.

Their service is all right if everything works, but if you experience any problems and have to call customer service be ready for a nightmare experience.
One time they cancel my service without any notification and I tried to contact them asking about what happened and their rude customer service told me I went into a "roaming area" and that was a violation of their terms of service when I never even travel outside of state. Had to argue with a "supervisor" that hang up on me and contact 3 different people to finally get someone to reinstate my service, which took them 2 weeks to "investigate" the issue.
And their reviews are accurate about their promotions, they will do everything they can to not honor any of their promotions. Just a heads up.

I am currently on Mint plan. Response received to Text: "Sorry, this service is not available for your service plan."
Does it mean my device is not eligible? I am sure my device is compatible.
