Costs $50, but you get $50 back as an Amazon gift card. Needs to be activated by April 15.
I'm guessing the confusion is the fact they mention "device" multiple times in the conditions/instructions. In this case, the SIM card is the "device", but that's not overly clear.

are you serious? I googled about port out. acct number is last 15 sim digit. pin is the number when you activate service. zip code is needed for port out. no one else mentioned about $10 fee

They both using Tmobile, so you cannot transfer your phone number.
But they had no problem with that move, and, I nailed a free 1+ Nord N10 from Metro.
Their coverage map is one big green lie.
Absolute garbage service. Not worth saving a few bucks. You walk into a store and need to google something quick... OOL. No service.
You'll be pulling your butt hair over those stupidly saved $7 every day.

If it's unlocked & GSM (uses a sim card) you can (most probably l switch to this carrier.
