I just returned mine from the first sale for a bad SD card slot. Very nice machine but Samsung doesn't do exchanges, only return and rebuy so I'll be getting something else.

The screen is the best feature. Make sure you get the red color!

Gorgeous laptop with an amazing screen. Bought this for my wife when it was $499 recently, but unfortunately we're going to have to return it as the Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting for some reason. Interestingly it's the same problem her current Samsung Chromebook Plus has. And it can't be the router (3x Eero 6 Pro) or the internet (300Mbps), at least I don't think, as other laptops work fine. Might just be anecdotal, but just wanted to give a heads up.

When you add to cart it ignores the "no trade in" & worked fine

You gotta add to cart ignoring the trade in if on work discount for sure, it worked for me though.

This is so good with 4K oled, 8GB mem and decent cpu. An overkill for most chrome book use cases but does give you very smooth and good experience.
