When you say leased does it mean if we finance the fones like monthly installment or what att or tmo called EIP then you cannot? So only outright purchases at full retail?
I get my discount autopay with CC.
Where do you bring it? There's no samsung store is there?
This is their exact language for phones that are NOT covered:
"• Eligible Cellular Wireless Telephones which have been rented, leased, borrowed or Cellular Wireless Telephones that are
received as part of a pre-paid plan"
They don't need proof of where you got the phone or what you used to pay for it. I straight up asked the shop to replace *everything* in my note 9. Screen, battery, charging port, back cover, and stylus. Came out to about $480 (LOL). Only paid $50 deductible.
Amex warranty services have become MUCH less user friendly since 2020, when all their free cards dropped the coverage. Even calling their phone number you get put through more hoops than back in the day.
What documents did the need ? Other than the estimate and the screenshot of your phone bill with the phone being listed. I'm going to get my phone screen fixed and have been paying my T mobile bill with chase freedom flex. Thanks
