I was looking for decent options to cool a new 10th or 11th generation Intel chip. The 11th gens, in particular, seem to be miniature furnaces. This seemed like a good price for an upgrade to the stock Intel cooler for an i5-10400, i5-10600, or i5-11400 processor.
I would not rely on this heatsink+fan to cool a highly overlocked 10600k, any of the overclockable (k-series) 8- or 10-core 10th generation Intel processors, or any of the 11th generation Intel processors past the 10400.
