I'm sure there are shill posts out there, but having said that I have two of these. They hold a couple of 27" monitors with much better results than I expected for around $25. It was easy to remove the logos so they don't look half bad, and they feel substantial. At this price point (which it seems to regularly drop to) I would recommend this without hesitation.
It actually doesn't matter if they're posted a lot, right?.. Lot of these are quite well made. I have several mounts, pneumatic and not, and the metal and parts and solution is quite top-tier. In the last few years, a lot of the Chinesiums leave no room for complaints, in Electronics or metalworking/mounts etc.

I am going to order one just for the SD collection in garage. $24 is right within SD buy first ask questions later range.. for a VESA mount with all the hardware.. You can't have too many of these, cables etc. . There was a time you could only get Ergotron or Humanscale mounts that cost 5x more than this..
I have this monitor arm, I do not recommend. I still use it, but it's specs are exaggerated. It cannot handle 19.8lb, I have a 15lb monitor and the joint closest to the monitor (for tilting the monitor up/down) cannot support the weight, thus you have to over correct it and hope that it falls to the correct angle. No amount of tightening resolved it for me. It's an affordable gas monitor arm, and for that, it's not bad, but the bright yellow logo, terrible cable management offerings, and poor support for larger monitors is a no for me.
Don't let my review sway your decision if you're already 90% sure you want it, this is for a niche group of users using 27" or larger monitors or people on the fence about purchasing

Assuming specs are right, what is more important : monitor size or weight? will it work for a 34 inch ultrawide monitor with 15lb weight?

I'd imagine the fulcrum introduced by trying to move your 34" in certain directions while mounted to this would cause it to not be as stable, despite assuming most of the weight would be centered.

If you don't plan on moving it much, this would probably hold up.

I'd recommend a heavier mount and some side straps though.

I use this with my Monoprice 35" ultrawide which is about 16.5 pounds. It holds it and is adjustable but there is a lot of wobble when I bump my desk. Not enough that I returned it, but that's my experience. My main disappointment is it does not raise as high as the first picture, regardless of monitor weight.

I have two of these styles. (I don't know the brands) My 27" monitor is steady, but my 24" monitor wobbled every time I moved something on my desk. I did drill a hole and used that hardware and it stopped 99% of the wobble.

It comes with a edge support, an angled edge support and a drill/screw bottom support. I had to use the drill/screw support.

Picked up 2 last time. Using them with two 27" LG LED IPS monitors. There is definite wobble especially when the standing desk is up. It's tolerable, but can be a bit annoying if you're OCD like me. Also if you're tall, they don't go as high as I'd like. Example: the monitors default stand went even higher for me.

My plan is to use for now and then eventually change them out for a better quality stand.

If you're looking for a cheap vesa arm and don't mind wobble these should work just fine for 27 and below.
After finding out most cheaper arms don't go high enough (I'm also tall), I got the Ergotron LX sit-stand mounting arms (7-25lb version) for my sit-stand desk. Those go high enough for standing position. They are quite expensive, but worth it. I haven't noticed wobble in normal use, but if I bump my desk they will wobble slightly.

I also have this North Bayou arm. I use it for a 30" that is always in portrait mode that rests on the desk and I never adjust, and it works ok. Maybe I didn't know what I was doing, but didn't seem like there was a way to detach the arm part from the clamp part (like can do with the Ergotron), so installation required putting the arm on the monitor and then holding it in place while I put the clamp on. I was able to do it without help by letting my monitor rest on the desk, but you may need a second person to hold the monitor while putting on the clamp, unless there is a better way?

It is an even more generic brand than North Bayou that is on the lightning deal but good if you need the dual setup:

I have this at home, and a ~$100 one at work. I had to adjust the tensions on the expensive unit to hold up a Dell 28" 4K monitor, while this one works right out of the box on the LG 4K monitor at home.

I think it really depends on your use case. I got this one for home because I want to free up the desk space. It works perfectly for that. As far as movement is concerned, it's good enough for me; it held the monitor at any position I wanted.

For mounting, I used the hole mount, because there is a panel on the rear edge of my workbench that blocks the edge clamp.

Comments are swarmed by the company's own employees, someone asked if it was drilled and someone said no. While other said yes.
