I am going to order one just for the SD collection in garage. $24 is right within SD buy first ask questions later range.. for a VESA mount with all the hardware.. You can't have too many of these, cables etc. . There was a time you could only get Ergotron or Humanscale mounts that cost 5x more than this..
Don't let my review sway your decision if you're already 90% sure you want it, this is for a niche group of users using 27" or larger monitors or people on the fence about purchasing

I'd imagine the fulcrum introduced by trying to move your 34" in certain directions while mounted to this would cause it to not be as stable, despite assuming most of the weight would be centered.
If you don't plan on moving it much, this would probably hold up.
I'd recommend a heavier mount and some side straps though.

I use this with my Monoprice 35" ultrawide which is about 16.5 pounds. It holds it and is adjustable but there is a lot of wobble when I bump my desk. Not enough that I returned it, but that's my experience. My main disappointment is it does not raise as high as the first picture, regardless of monitor weight.
My plan is to use for now and then eventually change them out for a better quality stand.
If you're looking for a cheap vesa arm and don't mind wobble these should work just fine for 27 and below.
I also have this North Bayou arm. I use it for a 30" that is always in portrait mode that rests on the desk and I never adjust, and it works ok. Maybe I didn't know what I was doing, but didn't seem like there was a way to detach the arm part from the clamp part (like can do with the Ergotron), so installation required putting the arm on the monitor and then holding it in place while I put the clamp on. I was able to do it without help by letting my monitor rest on the desk, but you may need a second person to hold the monitor while putting on the clamp, unless there is a better way?

Edit: I must have missed it as I see it full price for the dual.

I think it really depends on your use case. I got this one for home because I want to free up the desk space. It works perfectly for that. As far as movement is concerned, it's good enough for me; it held the monitor at any position I wanted.
For mounting, I used the hole mount, because there is a panel on the rear edge of my workbench that blocks the edge clamp.
