This is a good deal.
I would recommend calling around locally if you need a large quantity.
My wife called a farm up the road from us and they charge $20yd for garden soil (not screened) And $30/yd for screened soil (larger items like mulch are sifted out).
I had good luck last year planting grass seed using screened soil.
The miracle grow comes out to $72 / yd vs $30 if I buy locally. I'm so close they waive the delivery, but if you have a pickup it may work for some. (Farm also doesn't charge me tax 🤫)
Again, this is a good deal, but I would call around if you need more that 10 bags or so. I'm sure location matters, Im in NJ and happen to be close to a lot of farm.
I will add the convenience of transporting bags vs having to shovel into a cart and dump should not be ignored. Very easy to toss a bag into the garden bed, cut open and dump.

Far more odds and ends, bits and pieces of wood, bark etc than any actual "soil".
Even had some chunks of asphalt in the mix for good measure.

can i use these for my pots assume i drill 100 holes in my pots? need some potting mix for cheap
I just bought some 8-Quart Organic Perlite from Lowes for $4.48 very cheap right now. I gonna make my own potting mix for sure. 2 parts perlite to 1 part soil is my recommendation.
So gd cliche. It's better to just 🤫.
