To uninstall many junk apps preloaded by Samsung:
- Download, install, and launch the Minimal ADB and Fast Boot tool on your PC.
- Download, install, and launch the App Inspector app on the phone.
- On your phone, go to Settings and tap on About Phone. Find the Build Number and tap on it 7 times to enable Developer Options.
- Enter Developer Options and enable USB Debugging.
- Connect the phone to the PC via the supplied USB cable.
- Change to "file transfer (MTP)" mode at the phone.
- You will see a prompt on your phone asking you to authorize a connection with the computer. Grant it.
- Enter the command "adb devices" (no ") at the command prompt (PC screen).
- Enter the command "adb shell" if you see the serial number of the phone displayed. If not, then remove/reconnect the USB cable, grant connection, and retype the "adb devices" command.
- Enter pm uninstall -k --user 0 <name of package> for the app that you want to uninstall as displayed in App Inspector.
For Example, to remove youtube: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.youtube
To restore youtube: cmd package install-existing com.google.android.youtube

Hopefully costco would give the cash deal. I hate the 24 months bill credit. Anybody know if my iPhone 11 has couple months to go, it would lose the bill credit if I pay it off early

Can I trade in a T-Mobile Unlocked Samsung Galaxy Note 4?
Do small dents on the bezel/sides matter?

I have an iPhone 3G 16GB and a 6s 32GB as well as a whole bunch of older Android phones. Need to figure out which promo to take advantage of.

So I'm guessing that if my Daughter tmo iphone 11 still has eip payments left that we would need to first pay it off before trading it in? We bought it last July with the trade of a iphone 8 so we should have a decent amount payed off now on it.

Also would it be worth it to trade in my very good condition LG V30 that is 3 years old now & my Mint condition LG V20 that is about 4 years old for the Samsung A32 5G? Right now both are selling used for around $100-120 on swappa.

I just figured maybe the Samsung A32 would have more resell value being a new 5G device. But I also wonder if its worth hanging onto to those devices because LG is no longer making phones? Thanks in advance Ron.

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.

I bought a OnePlus 7T last year, paid it off early to get it unlocked and to sell it, and I'm still getting my monthly credits. It's a shame you somehow lost your last credit but there have been *many* confirmations that you will still receive device credits if you pay off your phone early.
OK, thank you.

This is the exact opposite experience that I have had and it is exactly opposite info that Tmobile has told me about ten months ago.

But I do believe you.

That would be pretty sweet for those who have it. I lost mine when I switched to a magenta plan but executive care office hooked it up by giving me 2 free magenta tablet promo plans which include free unlimited high speed data & unlimited 3g 600 kbps hotspot.

Your understanding is incorrect. You can payoff the EIP and still receive the credits. Just don't cancel the line the EIP is on. I've done it several times and have had no issues with receiving the credits.
I must be wrong... but I am telling the truth.

Just goes to show you how full of shit so many customer service people are. I spent at least 1 hour fighting with Tmobile to get my last $17.00 credit.

The good it that I am on the "old" 55+ account for two lines at $60.00 total... taxes in.

I don't think so. You have to have a paid data plan/add-on to get free upgrade.

Yes, you can pay off EIP early and still keep the credits. I've done this twice already. Recently with my kids A71 5G. Its only when you cancel the line, that you LOSE the credit.

Wrong, currently have two promotions in one line
But if you have a active promo with eip payments do you first need to pay off the eip plan on those lines to qualify for another eip credit for that line?

You get charged for this phone over 24 months and they give you bill credits for 24 months (actual monthly charge is $0.00).

So to get it unlocked you need to wait TWO YEARS.
Or PAY IT OFF EARLY.
