To uninstall many junk apps preloaded by Samsung:
- Download, install, and launch the Minimal ADB and Fast Boot tool on your PC.
- Download, install, and launch the App Inspector app on the phone.
- On your phone, go to Settings and tap on About Phone. Find the Build Number and tap on it 7 times to enable Developer Options.
- Enter Developer Options and enable USB Debugging.
- Connect the phone to the PC via the supplied USB cable.
- Change to "file transfer (MTP)" mode at the phone.
- You will see a prompt on your phone asking you to authorize a connection with the computer. Grant it.
- Enter the command "adb devices" (no ") at the command prompt (PC screen).
- Enter the command "adb shell" if you see the serial number of the phone displayed. If not, then remove/reconnect the USB cable, grant connection, and retype the "adb devices" command.
- Enter pm uninstall -k --user 0 <name of package> for the app that you want to uninstall as displayed in App Inspector.
For Example, to remove youtube: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.youtube
To restore youtube: cmd package install-existing com.google.android.youtube

Hopefully costco would give the cash deal. I hate the 24 months bill credit. Anybody know if my iPhone 11 has couple months to go, it would lose the bill credit if I pay it off early

Hello! So 3 calls to Sprint later... I found out that us Sprint folks *should be able to get access to this offer starting April 18th. As of now, there is nothing they can do, and if you try to call T-Mobile directly, it just detects your cell # and routes you to Sprint anyways. I hope this saves 3 hours of someone else's life. <3

That link shows the $415 value in the fine print
Can the $415 value for iPhone 6 be used for any iPhone12 or does it have to be for the iPhone 12 Mini?

Minor update, I brought my complaint about removing the $20 add-on to the ceo email and the response I got back from a very unhelpful woman (Abigail Alvarez) was that because I had made a change to my plan the whole account would now be ineligible to receive the promotion. Something to consider for those of you thinking about doing what I did. For my part I am going to stick with this and see what happens after the promotion is implemented on the 18th. I must say it felt very punitive what she was telling me given that the reps on T-force said that just that LINE wouldn't be eligible for the upgraded data. Hopefully I haven't created a red flag in my account at this point where they just try to get rid of me as a customer.

For those wondering, my SOC codes were:
SCFUTT6 - Base plan for 6 lines + 3 free AAL promos
SC2HDAT1B - 4GB Free data on Simple choice
SC2HXDAT1 - 4GB Free data on Simple choice (some lines have this add-on instead)
SCUNL2HHS - $20/month "Unlimited high speed data with 5GB tethering"
Thanks for the heads up. I hope they still give you the free upgrade. I did kinda mention that a few pages back with my chat with T-Force. If you're tempted to remove the paid option in order to get this deal, it may not worth the risk IF you have any other lines (with limited data) that WILL benefit from this. So don't be impatient; just wait until the 18th. You can always complain then if they don't give it to you.

old SOCs can be added no matter what people say here. My advice would be to un-enroll from the paid option then wait for the free upgrade. If you don't get it, tell the CS that the outs release said everyone would be upgraded so you canceled your paid one but if it's not free then to put you back on the plan you had. Get you soc code so you have it in hand just in case you need it. Good luck and all the best
Yup, change the paid unlimited on the line to the free option as soon as possible. Otherwise it will never become free.

Working 5 past promos, my eip bill credits are about $38 more my eip payments on the 2 new phone we use. And I have a negative $500 balance. Basically eip equals minus $38 from my bill...the best part is the bill... grab those free lines....I recently joined the 9-12 line club, with hookup, my bill comes to $69 with netflix. for 9 lines, 4 paid,5 free. Then.... there are 4 kickbacks knocking atleast another $32 off. So now that my brings plan down to $37. Factor in my negative $38 eip and for the next 16 to 20 months I'll be are minus $1 a month with over $500 account credit. Even if I do nothing else, when BC's run off, I'll be back to paying $37/month....but with over $500 in credit, it'll be over 3 years before I have to pay. Beats handing verizon $250/month.
Which plan r u on and do u have a corporate discount or something?

I have a similar plan, Simple choice with 8 lines, its my understanding that internet has always been unlimited. However, only the 1st 4gb are at high speed and then after that its low speed 3G/2G. So, I'm wondering with this announcement, will we get bumped up to unlimited high speed data or does everything remain the same.
You'll get unlimited high-speed. Once you hit the cutoff, whether that's 50GB or 100GB, then your data might slow down on a congested tower because it's deprioritized. But if you're not on a congested tower, you'll continue to get full LTE/5G speeds even after hitting your high speed data threshold.

Thanks for all the info in the comments.. I have a question which i didnt see being answered(or i might have missed) . I have a simple choice plan and have the add-on for unlimited international calling at the account level(which means all lines get it for free.. not billed by every line). WIll that go away or will they not upgrade my account since i have that add-on? TIA
Supposedly the unlimited high speed data will just be a option you can choose for your data. If that's the case, the rest of your add-ons should not be affected as nothing else with your plan will change (besides the addition of that free high speed data option).

What do you mean by change the paid unlimited on the line to the free option?

I have simple choice unlimited, with x gb hotspot.

Are you saying I won't get free unlimited 5g?

You should read my previous posts about T-Force warning not to touch your plan; look at user DNARNA's post (he communicated with an executive CSR). If those warnings aren't enough, then go ahead and try un-enrolling. Just a warning, especially if you have other lines with limited data that can benefit from the upgrade. Again, if you had done so before 4/7/21, it wouldn't have been an issue.

$415 would be more than half off the mini though.

The wording says half off. The information is unclear.

If you have the SC Unlimited plan, I don't think you qualify since you already have "unlimited" (high speed). The free upgrade benefits those of us without unlimited high speed. You'll still get 5G on your plan. If it's true that ALL SC plans with limited data get the free upgrade, then the ones who have been holding out (like the ones with 1.5GB LTE or less) will benefit the most since their plan is likely the cheapest of all the SC plans.

Not as good Samsung promotion. They gave u a free s21 for trading in a s10e without adding a line. You only getting $415 here if you don't add a line.
