Wondering if others have the same issue. I ordered one Samsung A32 online 2 days ago while it is backordered. Signed EIP and received an email. No text confirmation at all or any updates since then.
Can't find any info of my trade and transaction online on our account.
Chatted with CS but they also can't trace it even if I have an order number and proof of Eip signed via email.

CS rep says I can re-order but I am afraid the order might suddenly show up and I'll have two active EiP of the same promotions on the same line. My other lines I don't wanna touch since they are with other family members that wanna do their own promo.

I'm stuck =(

Planned use: internet backup with ASUS router.

Did anyone try to use this a32 phone usb tethered for internet backup with an ASUS router? I have asuswrt-Merlin on the router and thought this android phone could be a could potential backup to tether to the router so all home network WiFi could use this connection. Always wanted to try this but never had an android phone. Did anyone play with this already? You know, put the free line and a free phone to use. Thanks in advance!
I have an old Moto G5 connected to a Gl.iNet travel router running OpenWrt simply to play with this on one of my spare free lines. You need to set TTL to 65 on the router but that wasn't enough as the data was still treated as hotspot data and throttled after I hit my hotspot limit.

I had to add ",dun" the end of the APN type on the phone which I was able to directly edit on my old Moto but I think I'd have to create a new Access Point entry on my current LG phone. I also ran this command in adb: "settings put global tether_dun_required 0" before I edited the APN type; not sure this step is needed but I did it before editing the APN type. Anyways, after these two changes, I was able to tether to the router w/o being throttled anymore. I had my laptop connected to this router for a few days just because I could but it's now sitting as a backup for when there is a future power outage.

It won't show on the account for a few days and probably not until it's about to ship however if you got an email it's good to go. Also, even though the website said I wouldn't receive mine until late this week, mine arrived 4 days after ordering it

Thanks. Trying to be patient but found it unusual that both website and CS rep via app chat can't confirm the order.

Will give it a few more days before I follow-up via Twitter or FB chat

I think I was in the same situation. I did not get an order confirmation, only EIP confirmation. And nothing was under order history. About 2 or 3 days later, I got a text saying my order was incomplete. I chatted with CS to make sure the EIP is not in my line, then proceeded to make another order. This time I received order confirmations through text and email. If you did not receive an email of "Your new device order has been placed", chances are your order did not complete.

Finally got unlimited 5g! Had 2 paid unlimited lines on my plan, with one line having used over 50gb. Had to call 3 different days and speak with 3 different reps to finally get that done. T-force refused, but phone CSR got it done. They had to 1st remove the existing paid unlimited and then put the default limited plan for the account and do something after that to make it unlimited.

Edit: FYI - it still shows limited data on the lines, but actual usage is full speed LTE.
Since you did it most recently, do you know if they had to backdate it or did it take effect same day when you asked remove the paid add-on and add the free data soc code? Planning on calling soon to try to drop the 3 paid data on I have.
One minor problem that I did come across before was when I had added a free line last July, they only gave me 2.5 GB while all the other free lines were 4gb. It took me multiple calls to get them to enter the 4gb soc code. Even though I had given them the 4gb soc code, it seemed like it required a supervisor to actually get the system to accept the 4gb soc code. Was thinking if too hard to get the system to accept the 4gb soc code then ask them to just use the 2.5 GB soc code.

Make sure you use one of the newer SIM cards that say R15, the old ones may not get full 5G power. You may have to transfer the line from and old SIM to a new one. You can do that yourself in the account under line - transfer to new SIM or eSIM takes 5 minutes and a reboot.
If you this SIM change online, does it cost anything (?like $25 to activate a new SIM?/similar)?--thanks

People saying it's terrible must be from 2041. It's a great screen. DPI is less than a $800 iPhone but 3-4 years ago it would be on par with a premium phone. Colors are less vibrant than a iPhone 12, that's about it. Very nice device , speedy and premium feel to it, makes you wonder why a iPhone 12 Pro is 1000 and this is 1/4 of the price
Are you joking? Every premium phone (except for iphone) from 2013 has 1080p screen and that's 8 years ago. You must be from 2010.
The 720p screen on the A32 is the screen used on $100 Android phones.

Guys, looks like I am late to the game. What is best way to get the free A32, online or in store(assuming it is still available)? Thanks!

iPhones were around 272 dpi for a long while because at normal distances, your eyes can discern the pixels. It's like a 8k display at 10 feet, you can't see difference from a 4K display . A32 at standard holding distance looks almost same as my iPhone 12 . Does your phone touch your nose when you send texts ?!
