2 things.
1. They will not take my palm treo that's ~10years old. According to the rep, it is not in their system as an acceptable trade in. They did take an old Samsung slide phone.

2. I got the phone on Monday. By Wednesday I got this message.
"T-Mobile promo msg: Due to Buyer's remorse return line is no longer eligible to receive a monthly bill credit for the promotion. For details, go to t-mo.com/tmo_promos600". I called T-Mobile and they're still trying to figure it out. They're not sure why my promo got canceled. Will let you know when they figure it out.
1) try tradein via Twitter and try to press upon them promo states any phone.
2) Don't worry about it, as long as terms were completed you will get the promo, contact Tforce regarding it if the cs does not resolve it.

does anyone know how long TM expect to have the old phone hold its charge?
Have an old LG android, perfect screen, not wet, and can turn on.
BUT, it does not seem to hold charge for more than 2 days (when turn off).

Thought?
Probably 20 seconds they use to inspect the phone before tossing it into the pile to be recycled

Quick question since I think someone might know. I have a k7 android phone from a previous T-Mobile deal, anyone know if there is a program or something to remove bloatware and make it a bit faster? Want to give it to a nephew of mine since he takes his moms phone and drops it

Happened to me yesterday too, rep said the phone is not in the list of trade in. I asked her to choose 5G upgrades promos for carriers/makes/ models and it works

damn, so in those 20 secs, they decide whether to accept and reject your trade? not even trying to charge?

shipping the trade-in phone takes 5-7 days, by then my phone will run out of juice.

oh well... need to find another phone then

For #2, did you return something? Last time I ordered a phone online but changed my mind, I saw the "buyer's remorse".

I returned a 12 mini "red" which turns out is NOT red and placed new order for the white and put iPhone 6 trade in on the white order. Need to ship back the fake red phone. False advertising but they call it buyers remorse.

What you did is buyer's remorse.
You need to cancel previous EIP and promotion and place a completely new order and sign a new EIP.

You can keep your previous EIP and promotion ONLY if you are exchanging the same phone model. But you are buying a different phone (in different color. As a result, you cannot keep your previous EIP and promotion.
What you did is not exchanging phone but cancel (buyer's remorse) and re-buy.

Are you joking? Every premium phone (except for iphone) from 2013 has 1080p screen and that's 8 years ago. You must be from 2010.
The 720p screen on the A32 is the screen used on $100 Android phones.
Like someone else has said, you are comparing this phone with the yardstick of like $400 or above !
There is a reason why T-Mo is giving away these phones for free (yeah, your flip phones are worthless and you know that) and not any other Android phone, let alone an iPhone !
The market price of A32 might be 280 but in reality T-Mo must be getting these for $50 max bulk ordering in millions !
What ppl are saying is, these are TOO GOOD for THIS price !
For $280? Naah !
For free (or rather $23 tax)? Hell yeah !!!
We all love 4K monitors right? But if someone is giving you brand new 1080p monitors for free or as a replacement of those ancient CRT monitors you might have, should you take those? Hell yeah !

Check out oneplus nord n10 5G and Motorola one Ace 5G. I got oneplus nord n10 5g for free via metro by T-Mobile and the Motorola one Ace 5G was $19.99 from metro by T-Mobile too.

Both are sub 300 phones and they are much better than this Samsung A32 5G.

My point is the screen on the A32 5G is terrible that a 720p screen with this low quality should only exist on $100 low end phones, not on a $282 so called "mid range" 5G phone.

Being free doesn't make the low quality 720p screen on the A32 a good screen. It has a "good screen" only if you are comparing it with phones from 10 years ago or some $100 Android phones .
