How the heck do we get the trade in label? I searched all over the site and the link to Order status works on no phone, tablet, or pc.
Best to ask them directly as it is a PITA to find it on the site. They emailed me the labels last time for the S21 trade in.

When you're logged into your account on a browser, hover over the message icon/Contact & support, select "Check order status". If you experience an error when the page loads, refresh it. You will see all your orders. Go to the correct order and you will see "Print Shipping Label" under the Trade-in Device.

Thanks. Couldn't get it to work. Had to call and they sent me a direct download link.

so here is my question now, i traded in a flip phone and got Samsung A32 phone. But i will use it as a backup phone, i would like to continue using my iphone. what should i do in this case? Should i activate the A32 with the LTE sim i have in my iphone, activate the A32 and then remove it and put it back in iphone?
I do it all the time...
take out the SIM from iPhone, activate A32, make a test call (to make sure it's activated on T-Mo network), then put the SIM back in iPhone and keep using as usual.
After 40 days, do the same thing again, keep the SIM in A32 and then ask T-Mo over phone or chatting to unlock it ! If they ask you to pay it off (which they will mostly) then pay it off. Unlocked phone is a better backup phone...lol
After the A32 is unlocked, take out the SIM and use in iPhone as usual...!

I dropped one of the lines in our account that had paid 6gb add-on mobile data after I saw this thread last week. This was way past the original announcement.
Realized I couldn't put the line back to it's original 4gb free data so I contacted Tmobile via App Chat and they supposedly placed the account back to that old 4gb plan. Up to now, the 4gb option is not visible on that account when checking via app or online.

Some of the lines in our account today got the texts for the free unlimited upgrade. I checked the speed on that specific line and seems like it's running on 2G speed even if it's showing LTE signal.

Anybody has this issue too? Should I try T-force via Twitter or Facebook to try to correct this or is that line screwed from getting the unlimited datapromo?
It may take a few more tries for you to reach the 4G speed. Also, the location, such as upstairs and downstairs, makes big difference.

i was able to finally get hold of someone who removed the "$20 Unlimited Data Addon" on my line and promised me i will get the free 5G data upgrade. he said the changes will be effective only from next billing cycle - which is may 10th.

i was little worried, but my account showed that it had pending change and that the data addon is removed.

today i got the text from tmobile mentioning free 5G unlimited data.
hope this means i got the free 5G data.

thanks to everyone that gave info.
Yes, I was promised to too. However, my canceled add-on still shows under the line.
Where did you see the pending change? Phone app or website?

For the A32 5G, any recommendations on bloatware that can be uninstalled or disabled? Thanks in advance.

True !
Although please remember that if you have ordered from Costco kiosk then you won't see that "order" here and hence you can't reprint the shipping label or even track anything here!
If you are a Costco buyer, it's a bit painful to follow all these things, you need to scan the shipping label paper before cutting it and using it for your records !
If you lose the shipping label from Costco, there is no way to reprint it by yourself, you need to go back there and ask then to dig it in their Prizm system (which is close to garbage in my opinion)!

I remember seeing people saying they didn't have to pay for shipping if bought online on T-Mobile site. How did you get that to work?

That is not true. you still have to pay for the $6.99 shipping if you did it online. However, you might get the fees waived if you call customer service later.

It's not as bad as whoever posted that comment. It just looks like a normal cell phone to me; very usable. fwiw, my daily driver phone has a 3120x1440 6.1" OLED and I would be fine with the screen on the A32 but maybe I'm just less discerning than others.

jnads posted this review a few days ago echoing similar sentiments about the screen.
LOL! Really? The screen is atrocious! Honestly, the worst screen I've seen since the Galaxy Prime.

Hi- Sorry if this has been asked before. I have an old cdma phone but I have disposed the battery (hazard) Phone turn on, working fine - no crack or defect if micro usb cable is plugged in. Will they accept as trade in or might be denied? They don't ask for plug or adapter when mail in anyway and it's not like the phone actually worth anything
Thanks

Once they receive the new device, they will send you the email and also update the system which will automatically reflect the new trade in value!
I am in the similar situation, I want to change the trade in device. Anyone else can confirm I can just send in difference phone and it will be ok? i called T-mobile support, the support suggest me return and place a new order, it is kind of waste of shipping cost. Any suggestion?
