Which one cross references to a Baldwin B202? I can only find it in the Napa gold line.
Did you get the Napa 1324? I tried the wix to see if they had an xp like the platinum and came up empty. They do have 20% off of gold filters if you buy 3 if that is appealing? Wish I could have done better.

I'm thinking the xp line is similar to the baldwin. I like 10k mile full synthetic oil change intervals. This is the biggest filter I can fit on my 3.2 liter 2001 Acura.
Have you tried Orielly auto parts wix xp to see there may be compatibility with different lengths of filters since the xp is the same as the platinum. Sometimes their website compatibility helps me find other items. You may turn up empty it might be worth a try if your are interested.

The gold have better efficiency than the platinum.
Gold = 95% at 20 microns. 9 or less
Platinum = 50% at 20 microns. 7.49
Fram extra guard = 95% at 20 microns. $3-5
Fram tough guard = 99% at 20 microns. $4-6
Fram ultra = 99%+ at 20 microns. 8.99
Mobil 1 = 99% at 30 microns. 9.99
Supertech (champion) = 99% at 30 microns. $2.99
I change every 4-5k on my kia so the supertech is excellent quality and good efficiency. These napa filters are wix and decently built but not worth the money IMO.

Great info saved me a ton of time looking same up...weird that their top of the line filter, isn't technically as good (for what its intended purpose is) as the mid-grade.

It supposed to be long life i.e. capacity at the expense of filtration. But to be honest even the most basic aftermarket filter is higher efficiency than OEM.

What causes the price difference? material/longevity?

The physical construction is probably more stout for the longer duration. If I had to guess these sell less of these which is the reason why they go on sale more often. Fram ultra is still a better product for the money.

Make sense. It reinforces the idea I should stick with the 'gold' equivalent.
I know the Wix 'XP' line is meanr for full synthetic oil, but in two of my vehicles, I still use conventional Castrol, and Mobil 1 in the 3rd one, but haven't been convinced to waiver from using the standard Wix line.
