This rack is essentially the same as the popular fitness reality 810xlt, but with different j hooks.
It has a little bit of sway when I do pull-ups, but all in all it's pretty solid and feels safe. My biggest complaint is that it's pretty cramped inside and shorter than ideal. I also don't like the way the welds stick out on the j hooks, and will probably replace them when more become available. All in all it's a good value for the money, and very usable.

I bought this cage for $266 and thought that was a good deal. It's been great.
Here's a good review of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvFeJZC

Little suspect of that haha
The other thing to consider Is the rack/j cup holes. For a taller guy, the holes may be too low for higher rack positions (push press on shoulder press, high bar squats etc) - so the highest resting position of your barbell might be too low.
I have the fitness reality version. You'll fit fine as long as you don't flip the pull-up bar upside down like I did. (Had to flip it to do pull-ups without hitting my head on the 8ft ceiling.)

Definitely a legit concern. I'm 6'2" and use this in my garage a few times a week. I adapted to the bar quickly. I still wrapped it in foam pipe insulation because when gyms were closed I had a bunch of buddies stopping by to work out and I thought they might bump. I bought a better set of j hooks for benching. I used the small ones that came with it for overhead press and squatting. My guess is you'll probably adapt your muscle memory to the bar. I had some concern of injury, because I was leaning my head forward more than I was used to. But not anymore. If you have money to burn and room, by all means spend for a cage with zero issues. But this has been an amazing value for me and used by a quite a few folks who like it. Good luck!
Little suspect of that haha
