I got this from Walmart for $255 a few months ago - this is a pretty good deal, but I expect more deals as the covid demand wanes.

This rack is essentially the same as the popular fitness reality 810xlt, but with different j hooks.

It has a little bit of sway when I do pull-ups, but all in all it's pretty solid and feels safe. My biggest complaint is that it's pretty cramped inside and shorter than ideal. I also don't like the way the welds stick out on the j hooks, and will probably replace them when more become available. All in all it's a good value for the money, and very usable.
I'm not. Most power racks are way overbuilt. People who think they need 7 gauge 3x3" beams to do their 400lb squats are beyond silly.

This is a really good price during covid. It's a rebrand of the Fitness Reality power cage on Amazon. https://smile.amazon.com/Fitness-Reality-Pull-down-Attachment-Adjustable/dp/B01N4I8FOY/ref=sr_1_2?dc... [amazon.com]
I bought this cage for $266 and thought that was a good deal. It's been great.

Here's a good review of it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZvFeJZCaALU&t=1s

Bought this as well when it was on sale at Walmart. Have it set up in the garage, the wife and I use it about 4 days a week and haven't had any complaints. Fairly easy to setup, looks good, slight sway to it but no concerns. Would recommend at this price for sure.

Wonder if this is okay for someone 6'2 or above, seems like you'd bonk your head unracking the bar for squats on that rear brace (you could squat facing the other direction I suppose)

Would not recommend. I'm 5'8" and my brother in law who is 6'2 has a hard time with racking and height. I would recommend a 90" rack for the taller guys.

The other thing to consider Is the rack/j cup holes. For a taller guy, the holes may be too low for higher rack positions (push press on shoulder press, high bar squats etc) - so the highest resting position of your barbell might be too low.

I have the fitness reality version. You'll fit fine as long as you don't flip the pull-up bar upside down like I did. (Had to flip it to do pull-ups without hitting my head on the 8ft ceiling.)

This is a great deal for a decent rack. It will hold 400# safely. It also is tall enough that I don't have a problem doing pull-ups at 6'. The only thing I don't like is the low cross bar hits my bench when I have it upright for shoulder presses so I have to place it on top of it. Not a big deal though. If you want a better rack something like titan is a good deal, but will cost 3-4x as muchz

Definitely a legit concern. I'm 6'2" and use this in my garage a few times a week. I adapted to the bar quickly. I still wrapped it in foam pipe insulation because when gyms were closed I had a bunch of buddies stopping by to work out and I thought they might bump. I bought a better set of j hooks for benching. I used the small ones that came with it for overhead press and squatting. My guess is you'll probably adapt your muscle memory to the bar. I had some concern of injury, because I was leaning my head forward more than I was used to. But not anymore. If you have money to burn and room, by all means spend for a cage with zero issues. But this has been an amazing value for me and used by a quite a few folks who like it. Good luck!

Yeah but I'm not going over 400. 800 rating means I'll be good at 400.
