Just a FYI, non-FDA approved mask are not tested for toxicity such as Formaldehyde and Fluorocarbons (PFCs).

we keep boxes of these in the lobby of our building in case you forget a mask on your way out, but they are particularly popular with our essential delivery workers who sometimes need a fresh mask in the middle of their shifts. at this price, why not put a box or two out to support these folks?
Disposable masks are the new plastic straws of the ocean

Most K95 valves are designed as one way filtered flow. So if you are healthy and wearing it, it will keep you healthy. But if you are sick and wearing it, chances are germs are escaping through the valves at some point. Most hospitals don't allow those kind of valved masks. They would ask you to put on another layer of mask on top of it. That gets harder to breath at some point.
I am not sure how you wear a reverse K95 mask. The real one are moulded . Anything aside from that is a knockoff in my option.
You don't clean them. That would destroy any effectiveness that they have. After wearing it, store it in a paper bag for at least 5 days and you can rotate them that way.
How would YOU think it cleanable? That is what everyone may wonder. The material on these type of mask is not meant for reusing or can be washed. It's not durable enough to on full water submersion. Also, if you there is any virus on either side of the mask, why would you even want to reuse it?
For the price.. Why would you even consider reusing it? Unless you are in the middle of nowhere and out of mask. But then again, if you are in the middle of no where, there is no one around that you should be worried about. MOOT.

Reverse? Who said reverse!? I sure didn't. I said they ask you to add another layer of the hospital mask not flip yours inside out. That would be dumb.

Lol you do realize we were talking about N95 masks and not these shitty ones, right? if the virus is on it, it will die in 3-5 days. i explained what to do. Don't agree?? don't reuse it then. This is what millions have been doing but I guess you're some sort of genius that knows better...

My apologies.. I had misread what you were saying. My apologies again. *tip cap at you*

Even if it were N95 or these shitty ones, it's meant to be a 1 time use. It's never meant to be cleaned. Unless you have the cloth ones. The disposable ones, why in the world would you want to reuse it. It's pennies for each one? Also, I don't want to risk any possible infection. It's the same thing, why you don't want to wear your used underwear after you taken a shower? Then again, with how this country is going base on how people are acting. Who knows.. Well.. at least I don't.
There are times to be frugal, but this is not one of those items. Just for the sake of discussion, none of the medical field people (doctors, nurses, etc) reuse a n95 or shitty ones like these. These people have been using mask for ages since it was invented. COVID fallout was only around 2 years. So... you tell me.

You're wrong, but I don't care enough to go into it. I know what I'm doing is the correct and safe and smart thing to do, I don't care if you don't understand it.

Again, it's only pennies or if you get the N95 about $2. You probably drop much more money on insignificant things than really should care about reusing these masks. About cleaning them and reusing them after noting the virus dies 3 to 5 days. That's just something they tell you as a resolution, since many people were complaining about shortage of masks at one period of time. Again, you don't see hospital reuse masks, shortage or not.
Anyhoo, everyone has their right (nowadays that's what it's all about) to do whatever they want. Just go with what floats your boat. Cheers.
I think people are starting to move to the kn95 mask as those mask production increases and price dropping.
also, as some states started to open, the 3 ply mask no longer can protect you like the kn95 can. for that reason many are now going after the kn95 / n95
