I really want one of these but it's at a premium right now. Not even lithium cells. SLA batteries will maybe last 5 seasons if your lucky and take care of em. You'll lose like 10% capacity each year. At $2k I'd be interested.

Is this the cheapest battery powered zero turn available? Pretty sure this is the lowest price it's been as well.

They are now competing with the new EGO Lithium Zero Turn, uses (4) 10AH ARC Lithium batteries, same ones that can be used in their electric outdoor tools, holds up to 6 batteries for a 3 hour run time.. of course it's $5,000 without the bagger (which is $400 more or so), but Lithium is likely to last much longer, and recharge time is under 2 hours with the included charger. The real win is being able to use the batteries in other EGO tools, and they are easily replaceable/swappable

Only has one USB port, and no HDMI. At least the default Windows background is included.

In practicality, the USB port is on the right side, but cup holders are on the left. Probably want to run an extension cable under the seat. Perching your phone on the control panel, hitting a bump knocking it to the ground and then driving over it with a lawnmower is probably not going to be covered by AppleCare.

That's a good idea!

Ryobi didn't want to run a wire harness to both sides, so it's up to the operator to get a little creative.

The non lithium batteries are not a bad idea, they are heavy and these things need to be heavy. I got the 75ah riding mower last year at the end of the season at clearance price for under 1k. On the first cut of the season it lasted under 40 minutes. It was plugged in all winter as specified on the instructions. Hopefully it was just a bad day and will get back to normal

Wow that an absolute steal!! Why do they need to be heavy? I feel the lighter the better to prevent digging into the lawn.

I bought the 100Ah with the mulching kit and bagger for $4400, it's on it's way and I saw it's also on sale for $350 off, I called home depot and they credited me the difference.

Reviews are great on these, I'm sick of gas mowers I can't wait mine is coming in next week.

The quick charging isn't a big deal for me, this is a home consumer mower so once you finish your lawn no big rush to get it to recharge.

You're already up there at the EGO price, you should have went EGO instead. Better technology, better brand.
