I still remember paying $1,100 for a 32" 720p HD tv many years ago and it was on sale at Conn's. Lol. Had terrible ghosting, but hardly anyone had HD channels back then. I think we had about 2 HD channels at the time Time Warner Cable. How most TVs have dipped.

I have this as a pc monitor in my office and I LOVE it. I had to bring it into the living room when my vizio died and use it as a main tv and while it's not great for that, it's ok. I was happy enough with it while shopping for a new main tv. But man do I love this thing as a monitor. the text is so crisp so doing homework on it with 4 windows open is great.

I have the 4 series minus the Roku (has android TV). I bought in earlier in the year from Target for $170. I am using it as a computer monitor and love it! I have tried out the Vizio and Hisense equivalents and love the TCL. Hisense and Vizio when hooked up to the laptop wont allow you to change some of the video settings to maximize clarity and contrast. the TCL does.

This will be a better computer monitor for productivity than anything else at this price point. It's basically 4 21" 1080p monitors in a grid with no black bars.

I have the 2019 version and it works perfectly. VA panel so the edges are slightly dim but text looks crispy sharp and 4:4:4 chroma works fine. 60hz but who cares? No video card can run 4K games over 60hz anyway.

Correct. I think the spectrum app was taken down in december and they're still fighting about it. Hopefully resolution comes soon as I also want to use the app to avoid boxes!
