They responded, "the stock we have start with 35"
So that means these are the Verizon version with a locked bootloader. For those that may not know, they can still be used on any carrier just fine. They are carrier unlocked. The bootloader however is locked. This means that you cannot install a custom ROM to keep updated when Google stops updating Android on this phone. Many people won't care about that, but people that are tech savvy and want to extend the useful life of this phone by installing newer versions of Android won't be able to.
EDIT: was informed later in thread that custom ROMs like CalyxOS cant be installed on Verizon variants of this phone (havent verified this but thanks to the user that called this out)

"IT'S NOT PINK!!!"
To my understanding official updates end later this year. But if one is smart with their phone, its no biggie as all the underlying apps will still get updated.
I would tend to think the 3's camera still is nearly just as good as the highest rated cameraphones currently on the market. That was #1 reason for switching to pixel line and we couldnt be happier.
