Great TV, great price, thumbs up.

Obligatory consumer information:

Currently this TV does not do 4K120 (instead it does 3840x1080 and then upscales) and Sony is being deliberate unclear whether it ever will. So if that specific feature is important to you, caution.
Costco specs say 4 x HDMI 2.1 ports. In reality it only has two, and one of them is also eARC. So if you want to connect eARC audio, and an XBOX, and a PS5; you'll be a port short.

Only regret I have is not spending the extra $400 to get this instead of the 75". Best TV I've ever owned all across the board

Also this price at Best buy, but highly recommend you just spend the $60 on a Costco membership for the warranty.

any deal on 75" TV? feel 85" would be too large for my living room. how far do you need sit away from the TV?

Not sure about a current deal on the 75", I got mine a while ago. I sit about 15' from my tv, which is fine for movies & TV watching. The only time it bugs me is when I am playing games on the Playstation, most of the menus/words are a little too small with that distance.

I suppose the handling of reflections is subjective? I've owned both the Q80T and X900H. One of the things the Samsung did noticeably better was handle reflections, but the trade-off was that the coating on the panel created a strange rainbow effect if the light hit it a certain way. The X900H panel doesn't have anything on it to diffuse reflections, so my guess is that you're watching mostly bright content and haven't noticed the giant mirror in front of you yet.

I have the 75in and as much as I love the TV, Sony pulled a bait and switch on the 4k120 capability here. They sold this TV as 4k120-ready ("just wait for a firmware update!") and they've reneged on this commitment. I really like Sony products generally but this kind of BS really shouldn't be rewarded.

Edit: Wow just checked Amazon and they are STILL listing it as 4k 120hz capable. Just wow:
