So to meet 1 of the 3 criteria: you have to order $25 Uber Eats food (not necessarily all in 1 order but by May 31) to get the 2,000 points?

Looks like it has to be one order >$25 before the end of May.

It's not under rewards it's under settings in the uber app. I also had to update the app first.
