This power bank has one USB-A and two USB-C ports. I have a Tab S7+, GW3, GWA, S21+, Buds Live, and an iPhone 12 pro and the only one that came with USB-C on the input side is the iPhone. The rest all have USB-A to C.
Almost seems like it would've been better to have two of the A and one of the C, just going by Samsung's latest generation of products.
My Samsung A71 5G came with a USB-C to USB-C cable, the 25W wall charger it came with only has a USB-C input. I use this charger for the battery pack, it charges it up the quickest of all my chargers.
They both support Super Fast Charging, unlike the S7+, which came with only a 2.0A charger

The right conclusion to draw here is that Samsung is selling their own devices short by bundling USB-A to USB-C 'slow' chargers and cables just to save a few pennies. It's also weird because my budget Samsung A71 that was almost free came with a PD charger. Non-US markets also seem to be getting PD chargers with their S20 and S21 phones though the US isn't. It's just all messed up.
You can get good quality aftermarket PD chargers for $10 each, and good quality USB-C to USB-C cables for $10 for a 3-pack. Get them and enjoy faster charging.

I forgot that I also got one of their Chromebooks when it was on sale and that one actually did come with a C to C charger. The power brick is of course much bigger than the ones that (used to) ship with the phones, so when I used it once to charge the S21+, that was the only time I've seen it charge in "Super Fast Charging" mode.
Theirs shows up as EPP and mine shows up as EDU. However, from what they've told me, their employee benefits portal advertises the Samsung discount and has a link that they had to click through to set up the account.
That being said, I think they don't really verify it anyway unless you are purchasing laptops.
Another way is to create an account with Plum Benefits or a similar site and then click through to Samsung from there.
