ordered this last time this deal was on.. Samsung took my money, said it would be available in ~5 weeks, then said they can't ship to my address. It's been over a week since then and they still haven't refunded the payment.

I got them real cheap didnt bother. Mainly cause I've heard their customer service sucks with warranty.

I had 2 of the smaller 10k versions that i had no issues with... but I did't use them very often. Maybe once a week. I gave them to my parents and they say they still working fine. I moved to the ravpower 10k packs since they are a little smaller length wise but ill give this a try for longer outings.

You can also have up to 2 spare batteries or power banks that are between 100-160 wh. Anything greater requires airline approval and must be prepared and stowed in the cargo area.

That's right. Power banks for electronics are rated by cell voltage of 3.7V. So 20000mAH translates to 74WHr. That's well under 100WHr which means it can be carried on board anywhere in the US.

Almost seems like it would've been better to have two of the A and one of the C, just going by Samsung's latest generation of products.
