All batteries will have shorter life when overheated. I would not charge it and Daisy chain to charge your phone at the same time. I have two 10000mAh Fast Charge, one 10000mAh Super Fast Charge, and just received this 20000mAh Super Fast Charge. You have to use the USB-C port to get 25W Super Fast Charge. My first 10000mAh one from >2 years ago is still working very well. The life span depends on how you use it and how to recharge it.

I have that one too. It is much more portable but with one less USB-c port than this one. Only the USB-c port can output 25W. For personal use, it should be good. Having two of the 10000mAh one would be better than one 20000mAh one as you can do two Super Fast charging at the same time. The 20000mAh still has a 25W total output limit.

This is very true, when you super fast charge your phone or battery, it shortens the life. I only super fast charge at 25W when I need it, otherwise use regular fast charge at 15W. The only issue is you have to use a 15W charger for the battery to extend the service life. I typically want super fast charging when connecting my phone to the battery but not sure if you can change that in the phone settings.

You can use the USB-A port if you just want Fast instead of Super Fast charging.

I ordered the 10k version on 2/4 and it was delivered 4/13. I'm also fighting Samsung for a refund on an order I cancelled that was never delivered for over 3 weeks now. They are horrible to deal with directly. This seems like a great deal but I'll be passing!

If you can carry this 20000mAh battery, the second cable is nothing compare to it. 🤣
Anyway, discharging does not generate much heat on the battery, it is usually the recharging of it the problem.

I heard that for epp/edu deals, they are restricted to max 2x per category. True? This falls under mobile/mobile-accessories/phones category. If I were to get 2 of these, would I be disallowed to purchase any future deal under this category?

Super fast charge does NOT shorten battery lifetime. What shortens battery lifetime is heat. While super fast charging does generate more heat than regular charging, the battery usually never gets hot enough to affect it's lifetime UNLESS you're actively using the phone while it's charging (which is a no-no even with regular charging).

Same with a battery pack. Don't draw power from a battery pack while the battery pack itself is charging. As long as you don't do that, you don't have to worry about it heating up enough to shorten its lifetime.

Yup, customer support, at least their escalated/ "Upper" support is the worst!

Got it from the last deal. Shipping was delayed twice. It came last weekend. She's a porker 😬 Gives me messing to brick...but very effective.
