Maybe turn your toy down to "medium" vibrate.
What's the fun in that? If it's good quality wouldn't it be able to handle it?

Sounds about right. They took my money, recalled the shipments, and now refuse to refund me because they say the items were "delivered" (to their warehouses)
It sounds like you placed an order with the stacking codes glitch a month or two ago. That's the only situation I know of where they recalled orders back to the warehouse.

While I agree that they should refund you, I just wanted to point out that you were trying to pull a fast one on them like many others did.

My stacking codes order got cancelled before shipment, so I also tried to get in on the action, but I'm just saying, you're not exactly an innocent customer who tried to place a legit order in that scenario and there was a reason the order was recalled.

That being said, there were plenty of people in that SD thread who ended up getting full refunds after calling customer service. Some were charged full price for the items they did receive and just returned them.

That is slow, but some specs on the charger being used would help clarify if the samsung pack is the issue. If I charged this off my laptop docking station, it'd probably take ~2 days.
agreed

Sweet, had $13.20 in Samsung points from recent purchases, so mine was <$12. Well worth giving it a shot since my older Samsung one is half the capcity, doesn't do fast (let alone super fast) charging, and has no USB-Cs. Thanks OP.

What Dell power bank model? Watts? Usb-c PD? Price paid?
I have several ones. The biggest one is PW7015L that I got several years ago and it was way over $100. It got USB-A ports and a main power port with different adapter cables. One of them is USB-c that can output up to 19.5V at 4.62A with 90W output. I also have two smaller one that can output up to 65W.

That's right. Power banks for electronics are rated by cell voltage of 3.7V. So 20000mAH translates to 74WHr. That's well under 100WHr which means it can be carried on board anywhere in the US.
I believe that applies internationally as well, since that's from the IATA, so these seem good to go for most international travel since IATA has 290 member airlines in 120 countries according to their website.

A 65W power adapter does not mean it can match the input requirement. It takes 5V at 3A, 9V at 2.77A, 12V at 2.1A, 15V at 1.66A, or 20V at 1.25A. With the Samsung 25W power adapter that can provide matching 25W output, it takes around 4 hours. to fully charge it.

I finally got this battery pack in this week from samsung and its surprisingly small for a 20,000 mah battery pack. Definitely worth it at $25
Yep, I am super happy with mine too. 25Watt out to an S21 and the battery charges at almost 30watts off a cheap PD charger. Tests to 90% usable cap which is very good in my experience.

I ordered two more today. I had to do the Incognito trick this time though to get the discount.
