Seems to be a decent 14 inch touchscreen model if ram and 10th Gen processor aren't kickers.
I bought this for my parents who never max out the specs
Can someone direct me to a deal for a 15.6" laptop? The budget is about $650.00
I just bought a Lenovo IdeaPad 5 from my local Costco (I could not find it online) for $649.99, 15.6", I7-1165G7/12GB/512SSD, weight 3.66 lbs. See attachments. Item # is 1484932. Although memory is not up-gradable.
"1x USB Type-C Thunderbolt 3"
This means with an adaptor you can have a second and possibly third monitor and 4K@60hz. It is not just for the power supply. Though you can charge it with this port or the included round charging port charger.
A traditional HDMI port will connect a single 4K display at 60Hz.
Wish the RAM was upgradable though. It is not. Though you might be able to add a second SSD. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Czyzc-LbBTY

Only thing stopping me from buying is not sure if newegg charge restocking fee if i return this laptop, not sure about volume on this laptop.
From what I can find online, it looks like it has 2 slots with the included 8gb being soldered
Not gonna lie, not a tech guy. Is it possible it has 1 open and 1 soldered?
