I don't have multiple accounts but every time I picked up, they gave me the look. Now I just find something to buy ever time I picked it up. They are crappy store. The milk is yucky. The meds are overpriced...I can't literally find anything that I cant find better at other store.

For those saying the prints are horrible. Most the time it's user error. The printer only print the quality sent from your device. Maybe the printer is low on toner or not calibrated but even when that happens the store gets a notification and the prints will automatically be redone once corrected.

Also, if using PC, you should be sure the upload preference is set to Full Resolution. If not it will default to a Standard and the output will be crappy.
I have a very very nice camera ($4,000+), but I once forgot to change the resolution for the upload and the pics came out crappy.
Full resolution makes the prints much better than Standard resolution.

I always try for (at least) 96ppi (fyi: 72ppi internet standard). But have gotten away with 80ppi and even as low as 72ppi -- obviously anything below 75 will incur low res! alert, but if formatted to spec this shouldn't matter.
My 80ppi 24 x 36 poster looks vendor-authentic [ some of non-essential fine print text, i.e. 'for display [cabinet] only' or copyright data, may appears slightly fuzzy, but that's of little consequence; also totally unseen or clipped-out by frame ]

I only use webpage on PC to order - not the app...
When you go to pick your picture from your computer, the bottom right corner will have the options where you can choose Full resolution.

You should choose this Full resolution option BEFORE you upload your picture(s).
