Edit for first impression: So I ordered a pair and they just came in today. Only a few hours of use so far but for $17 they sound great, they are comfortable (for my ears anyway), and don't seem cheap.
The touch sides takes a bit of getting used since I am used to holding down or pressing a button but it seems nifty. The case they come with is heavy but I don't think it is a bit heavy, however it make it feel higher quality. I can't say if that even has any baring on this though. I also like the little LED screen on the front that tells you the individual power of the buds as they are charging.
The biggest pro for me is that each individual bud seems to be able to be on and connected. This is a gripe I had with several even name brands of these type of ear buds that I have had in the past. You would always have to have like the left one connected and then the right one could connect to the left one or something. Sometimes I just want to have the right or left one on. With these that seems to be possible from what I can tell so far, so that is awesome.
Biggest cons so far is the fact that it uses Micro USB to charge and the door tends to close rather easily. Really not big deals, especially for the price.
Again this is just my review after about 2 hours of messing with them. For $17 I am super happy with them so far.

Edit day 2: Still enjoying these. I used them for a good 3 - 4 hours while listening to music and working. When I finished I put them back in their case and they were at roughly 50%. I had put them back in their case for about 20 min now and they are at about 85%. The case has dropped down to 99% power remaining in it's own store.
They have good sound in general. It comes with small, medium, and large tips but have only tried the small ones. They were pretty good and comfortable. I replaced them with some slightly better and bigger ones from an old pair of ear buds. It greatly improved the noise canceling and improved the sound and bass I could hear.
At this point my only gripe really is changing the volume. You have to leave your finger on the touch panel until you reach your desired volume. It makes it a little tough to go up like one or two notches. It also pauses almost every time as soon as you release to increase or decrease the volume because single tap of the touch panel of either ear pauses.
It's not that bad though, I have gotten used to just got used to tapping again before moving my hand away.
Also? Go ahead and Google me. You'll likely find me in like two clicks (thank you insane last name) if that'd somehow make you less suspicious.

what s coming next, breaking in your iphone ?
Headphones always change sound signature after a break in. Reasons.
1. Speakers use magnet so there is some elasticity in the material that sets in.
2. You ears adjust to the material

I especially agree with your reason # 2
Our opinion...
Pros... Great sound, great battery life, like the fact the case will charge these SEVRAL times off one charge, can use the case to charge phone with included micro usb to USB adapter
Cons... Little bulky
I can attest to the case having great durability as it with the earbuds inside got "Nijna star" thrown across a 12' room and hit the baseboard trim so fast and hard it dented the trim and left white paint from the trim on 2 corners of the case as it was spinning. I had to vigorously scrub off, and after doing so, NO damage! That being said, it was an accident and I don't think it would of turned out so well if it would of hit the plastic top but the heavy weight of the metal case kept it spinning with the bottom side down.

I am glad I am staying away from the Tozo in that case
these have not shipped yet for me, I am not a prime member, but I will keep an eye out for the Chisana brand in case they go on sale prior to these shipping
seems like many SDers are liking these at $18 price point
There are 3 kinds that I saw on Chiasana amzn page, there are ones on left and right side , one in black and other in white both have flat boxes, the ones in the middle picture seems different style with vertically sitting earphones. which ones are you referring to
Paired them with these foam tips for an earplug type feel, they fit perfect, seal perfect, and there is no unpleasant pressure. Make sure to get small 4.5mm since they go deep in your ears.

for the first time ever, I got a product with 0 % battery, yes not 1 or 2%, literally 0%
charged up took a few hrs and pairing was quick.
Good: bass [heavy ] I used smaller size inserts to purposely create a leak in the seal so that air could leak out and after that the bass was not so heavy, battery life is great, only lost less than 10% after listening for three hours, fit was good but they are a little on the bulky side, I doubt anybody would be able to run them out of power especially with the including case
Not so good: extremely sensitive to touch, I did not realize that this could be an issue but even when adjusting the buds music gets paused which is a big downside for me
but overall a great buy for buds that I can wear with my hat on without messing with wires.
Case is really heavy !!!
also if you are on Android, use an EQ after you get the right fit
IME, these are anything but flat.
