I just got a code from chat. First time I got Ian H who said he can't generate any codes and I should wait to be randomly chosen for an email. I waited in line again for online chat and got Kristina P who had a code immediately after I gave her my membership ID.

I got turned down for the code through chat. The agent told me that they are sending codes to a random 1 million members and they have not completed sending these out is the update they got today. Was hoping to buy a TV but guess I will hold off

That EPP price is only 1 yr warranty, and you still have to pay sales tax. So not a good deal as this.
